Today's recipe is oven grilled turkey suya. You know your girl and food are best friends. And because I like you, I decided to release this turkey suya recipe for you. Thank me later. To know how to achieve this, please keep reading.
- 4 pieces of turkey
- 1 tablespoon of suya spice
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Onion powder
- 1 maggi cube
- Salt to taste
- 1 large carrot
- Mint leaves
Mix the turkey pieces, suya spice, cayenne pepper, canola oil, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, paprika, onion powder maggi cube, and salt all together.
Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease pan for grilling turkey.
After marinating turkey, place in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning turkey pieces in between in order to let all sides cook properly.
Check to see that turkey is done and well browned.
Garnish with sliced carrots and minced leaves.
