Hello BBT readers, welcome to another jolly Friday. I have 3 healthy smoothie ideas for you today. What better way to enjoy your fruits and vegetables than in a cup of smoothie and so if you would like to see how I achieved them, please keep reading or watch the video at the end of the post. Mixed Berry Smoothie

Course Drinks
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 big Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt

Instructions

  1. For mixed berry smoothie, blend strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, bananas and yogurt until smooth and liquified. 


Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Course Drinks
Total Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mangoes
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • 1 tbsp Orange concentrate (you can opt for fresh oranges or orange juice)
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt

Instructions

  1. For mango pineapple, blend all ingredients listed above until smooth and liquified. 

Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 whole Green apple
  • 1 big Frozen Banana
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • cup Milk

Instructions

  1. For green smoothie, blend all ingredients listed above until smooth and liquified.
